I don't know if I was banned for a week or what, and I'm not exactly sure who banned me or why I was banned for tk'ing, because I only remember tk'ing once that session (like 20 mins).

We don't ban people for one TK. But we do expect players to apologize for any accidental team kills, which means that you need to pay attention, especially when the server is busy.
