Perm Banned DodFather

I permed banned DodFather, after repeated warnings about incessant complaining about the server and the players. Warnings, muting and un-muting did not help. Disruptive on a full server. Same behavior through several map cycles.

I actually banned him for a week for hacking and complaining. Other members like LikeaBoss can also be a witness.
