Hey, I wouldn't really say this is much of a serious problem or a need for a ban. I usually ignore players like this (you should too) because they are either mad that they are losing or they are just trolling. If anything just gag his chat box. If you do see him swearing while talking about your mother than that will be a time for a ban. As a Sgt, you are learning how to use your admin abilities at the right time and on your own judgement.

He may need to have a week ban. He has been a problem in the past and sometimes too many "your mom" cracks gets annoying and disrespectful. If he does it again after being warned I would say he should get a small ban to get the idea across to tone it down some. There is no need for the "smack" talk to go to a level of disrespect, and that is where he is trying to take it to start infuriating people.

He is still going on with me and he did say he'll tell every member on why he was banned. Which is a stupid idea cause most people already know he was going to be banned.
