He or she plays on the server with a constant stream of voice-command spamming. If there were any doubt that it's intentional, that was taken care of with the name change to "Fire in the Hole!" accompanied by the shift to that as the voice command to spam. He or she also loves to just go around punching teammates whenever possible to mess them up. Demo attached, with the added benefits of Putin TKinig and me blowing myself up with a grenade.

Update:
Both are back on now (1900 UTC). Putin is renamed Zeus and is on another TKing spree (though he started by just pistol-wounding teammates). Fire in the Hole! is mocking other players on the mic and egging on the TKing.
