Offense: Intentional TK'ing

Description: Player joined game on axis and began TK'ing. Pvt.SwampFox was also on at the time and witnessed this. I messaged Maj.Deadeye who joined but the player left the game. Deadeye witnessed a TK as well. Demo attached.
