Was team killing others when asked to stop and say sorry he did. I started to get suspicious, and spectated him. He deliberately killed other players, and then said he was sorry.

I gave him a one day ban

I too was there when this happened. He also did it to me.
I was just on HLSW and and saw him -4 in about five minutes of play time. He was kicked.
He immediately returned and then went +4 in about two minutes. This player is a troublemaker when he thinks he can get
away with it. I just gave him a one week ban.

hey he added me on steam. to find out why he got banned. i didnt know he got banned. just found out a few minus ago. but when i told him why he was banned he said " my brother was team killing not me" i dont know if this is true or not.

Not our problem.
He is responsible for his account. If his brother is responsible I suggest he blocks him from playing.
The ban is only for one week. If he doesn't get a handle on his brother the ban will be a lot longer next time.

Not that I believe the "brother" story.
