I would like some help

I'm a basketball player and I was asked to enter a good team on my city, the only problem is that since I'm a pivot I should build more muscle mass. I'm 1'87 meters tall and 73kg is my weight and I workout every day and I would like to get some tips for my training.

Thanks in advance. Sorry if I make some gramatic mistakes, I'm spanish.

I did football but, however I believe I could help with building muscle mass. I'd suggest benching whatever you're comfortable in reps of 10-15 3 times a workout. I'd also suggest curls and pushups. Outside of working out dig holes,swim,sit-ups. Just my .02$ hope this helps!
