Spray Dont work

Hi guys.

I have a problem. I have made a new spray but only i can see it.

I have tried nearly everything to make it work but other people cant see it.

i think its because it dosent get uploaded to the server so others can see it but i dont know

So if anybody can help i would really appreciate it

Nice! Your spray looks really great! I wish I could do something near to that one with a head getting smashed or something xD
I had a problem uploading my pic file to steam. I couldnt upload it and it gave an error message all the time, so I tried a freeware called: SprayR
Then it all worked well, but your problem is slightly different :/

Maybe it still works with SprayR? xD

i have tied sprayR but i get this error
The system cannot find the path specified.

I'm almost positive it's because you made it transparent without making a alpha channel. I'll send you it when I get it working.

NVM, You made a alpha channel, did you apply it tho?

Ok, I tested it with a background or transparent, didn't work either way. Did VTF and TGA and still didn't work. I don't know why. Can you use any other sprays?

i made it into a jpg file and that worked?? but its just ugly with a white background

Yea, this a a Valve issue. Sometimes sprays work, sometimes they don't. I have tried all formats that are accepted but none of them appear to others so I have kind of given up on uploading my spray.
