Strange steam box pops up, can't play dods

When I tried to start up day of defeat a weird box appeared saying I can't play dods unless I do 1 of the 2 actions below.. Does anyone know what to do and if it's harmless?? :?

I know that, mine says that sometimes too, it wants you too save your DOD:S files on your computer or on the Cloud storage.
Press Download to this machine, i usually do that, that means u will have your files on that computer you are on now.

That's happened to me as well. Download the files to your machine, that's what I always do.
