Sure, definitely. Steam support doesn't have a good reputation when it comes to replying to support tickets efficiently but hopefully they'll reply to mine soon enough.

They replied to me with some instructions, I haven't tried it out yet. I hope this works and helps you guys out:

Hello Shane,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

You may be able to use these files if you do the following:

Download and install IrfanView (A well known free image editor)

http://www.irfanview.com/

Open the image in IrfanView and click File>Save As

Choose JPG in the "Save as type" box

There will be a second window titled "JPEG/GIF save options"

Slide the quality bar to adjust the quality. You may want to stick to 100% for now.

Also, uncheck *all* check boxes, *except* the box labeled "Reset EXIF orientation tag"

Save the file in your game folder:

Usually C:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\<Account Name>\<game name>

Launch the game and test the issue.

tried it but it did not work..and the transperent spray I've got is now wih a black background.
