Video Editing

Just wondering if anyone knows of any good video editors that won't get overloaded. I have Camtasia 8.4 and it always crashes when I try to edit AVI format videos. I've also tried Cyberlink Powerdirector 10, Windows Moviemaker, The Gopro Editor, and some free editors I found online, none worked. If you have a fix or suggestion I'd be happy to know about it. Thanks!

Yep sounds interesting. I also tried the movie maker but had bad results. I don't know anymore why exactly it did not work but anyways. I would also appreciate a freeware with basic video editing to e.g. upload the result on YouTube.

Have you tried Lightworks? Also, Blender also includes a video editor.

I've tried blender...little to confusing for me :p I will have to try Lightworks.
