I basically run camera investigations ranging from slip and falls all the way to shootings/murders/fights/vehicle accidents.
We have over 2000+ cameras in the City and I'm the go to guy when the Police need something.
I don't only process facility footage but my main source is Bus video. Our buses have anywhere from 4-6 cameras on board and they capture a shit load of incidents.
I've seen people get run over by Buses, hit at 60 km/h by vehicles and go flying 20 feet, shootings, bloody fights, the list goes on.
Definitely never a dull moment when I get into work...
Sounds like it never gets boring at your job. Pretty crazy stuff happens

Absolutely correct. I'm actually working late as we speak because some guy decided to fiddle a little girl at an elementary school and the Police need footage from every Bus that was in the area at the time...

I graduated from my university 2 years ago, did a Bachelor in Inernational Business.
Now I work as a Risk Manager for an actully US payment services provider in Germany. The company offers payment systems for VISA and MasterCard for online shops and is renting POS card swipe devices as well.
My job is to check the liquidity of applying merchants by checking their financial situation with financial statemens etc. and monitor their transaction activities to detect fraudsters and terminate them, before they do any damage.
I also started to study Web Science in a Masters degree a semester ago while working, literally no time left xD
