hey guys i have updated the srrp map the one we play on all the time
i just added some thing fixed alot of bugs in the map shouls run alot smoother
but any ways SWAMP RAT has cheked out the map with me and he likes it
and said every one might it to so ill post link hope ull enjoy
plz share any ides u might have on this

Is each side a mirror image of the other? My biggest gripe with our current map is the fact that the Axis side is much larger and different than the Allied side. I was planning on making a version where the Allied site would be an exact mirror image of the Axis side.

From the screenshots, I can't say I like the palm trees and the Lego guy in the background. They look great, but I just think things like that are unnecessary and distracting. I'd like to see the same background as we have with the current map.

I definitely look forward to checking this map out.

Just downloaded the map and took a quick look.

I have a major issue with the walls added to the spawn areas. You need to slalom around them to get out of spawn, and it creates a choke point where people would get mowed down just trying to leave spawn. Every player is forced to leave spawn through a tiny opening. Plus, you can't even defend the first flag without moving around those walls and right into the choke point.

Also, I like having the mid-tower crow's nest open towards both sides of the map, but you removed the portion of the side ladder to it from the 5th level. You have to go all the way to the top of the tower then back down to get there.

nevermind about that, i downloaded the map, i like it except for the fact that you have to climb up to the tower to go to that small section on the side of the tower half way down and also stick with the original srrp background, the lego man and palm trees are a bit distracting

ok np i know what ur talking about if there is something that needs to be removed or put back
i will do most of the ideas came from swamp but thank for all so far that are giveing ises i will be makeing
changes to it so as i am in the server with the map on then i will right down all ideas
to modify but first it need to be blayed on and yes i am putting the ladders back in for the 5th floor
thanks jersy i missed that
but i have to say for the size of the map its the same as it was but will be makin it the same i wanted to see how every one
likes it im trying to make it simple and not to much so please any ideas will help lets try to make it alittle better more funner
changes wil be made but plz lets keep the map on to play on so we can do things to thank u for reply

I'd knock out those spawn walls and lost the glass at the top of the tower. That single point of nade and rocket focus could lead to quite the deathtrap.

Or a pair of sandbag emplacements. That way you're safe from the enemy should you want, but your own idiot team can get you, and vice versa.

i love the new map, seems more fair and balanced. as far as glitches and fixes we already discussed things but ive found no other real issues from my perspective. im pretty sure this new map will be a major hit when it is modified. :D
